Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Within easy walking /biking distance1.7 miles to hip strolling neighborhoods Alberta, Mississippi and Williams of north Portland. Light and airy with full kitchen half mile from train, 10 minute train ride from downtown. Note: stone path and 3 narrow steps to front door. You can see them in the photos .

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

Explore North Portland walking districts or Peninsula Park roses🌹, then retire to this hip and spacious suite. You’ll love its cork floors (that feel so nice under foot), custom finishes, and immaculate cleanliness.
