Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room. Paddling in the kayaks and exploring the sound are great ways to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Bicycles and yoga mats are all available to relax and enjoy some down time here. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

The Cotton Patch

A destination where you can unwind amongst multiple structures with great history that were relocated from the "Sandy Point Camp Ground" years back to this quiet 10 acres of open grass pasture. Located conveniently just off Hwy 32 and Hwy 37 near the Albemarle Sound this location is very easy to get to and yet very quiet. Just 6 miles from downtown historic Edenton where you can tour, sip, dine, and shop near the waterfront.

Betty’s Bungalow

Betty’s Bungalow Is located 4 miles south of Columbia on Levels Road. You can enjoy walking around the farm, the quiet Levels community, or along the boardwalk in the picturesque town of Columbia. There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.
