The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. Durng Ironman, July 17th reservation for 3 days only. Cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. please don't not to leave food out.

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.
