Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. A unique aesthetic apartment with a beautiful private patio and lots of art touches, located in a picturesque neighbourhood in the heart of Naxos Town that can host up to 5 guests. Located 10' on foot from the Port, 1'-2' from the Market and other places of interest (castle, museums, etc) and entertainment (bars, restaurants, etc). If you travel without a car, no worries; the closest bus station to the most popular beaches and villages is at 3' on foot. Free parking space at 3' on foot!

Zoe Junior Apartment

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

The house, with its bright serenity, offers generous outdoor spaces: terraces and garden, swimming pool with deck, a pergola with barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms, one located downstairs and the other upstairs. Each has its own private bathroom and shaded exterior area. Two parking spots are available in the front of the house. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels and sheets, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, full access to our washing machine and laundry detergent.
