The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. The Penthouse Suite, the bar and the large Roof Garden with panoramic views of the Acropolis and Mount Lykabettos were constructed for celebrations, parties and to accommodate their guests.
