The living room has two sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In both of the floors there are big verandas with sea view. The whole home measures 60 square meters.

The host occupies a separate private apartment in the building and is readily available for help and suggestions
