An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

This playful treehouse cabin provides amazing views with a cantilevered design and large windows overlooking the grounds of Lambert's Winery. Taste, tour and explore the winery grounds in this playful & unforgettable loft! The "Hang-over" is one of three rental cabins on the property and features a spiral tree staircase built from naturally resourced materials on the winery grounds, a loft bedroom, covered outdoor space, interior swings and amazing views!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home in the Historic Harmar Village. Just minute's walk to all the tasteful dining, Historic Anchorage Mansion, bike/walking path on the Ohio River, and the unique downtown shopping. This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
