New from top to bottom with all amenities and private balcony with dockage right in front available, a boaters dream! King size bedroom with Full kitchenette with all the essentials with full 2 couch living area with modern amenities!

Luxury King Suite w/balcony in Historic Inn, rm 1

Deluxe King Suite with balcony and living room inside of our newly renovated historic Inn. King bed and a queen pullout sofa. This unit has 1 full bath with double sinks and 1 half bath. Room comes with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other toiletries. The expansive balcony has a bistro set for enjoying a coffee or happy hour. This unit also has a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. We provide K-cups, tea, sugars and various snacks.  Inn room 1 is not pet friendly.

Verona Suite (Rm 3 - Romeo & Giulietta's Inn)

This is the Verona Suite. $215/night This room is for two adults only. It’s an adult hideaway. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A private bathroom, tiled shower with a rain shower head from the ceiling. A softly lit romantic loft and a chandelier above the queen size bed with down pillows. It's private and A/C, Wifi, and Cable Smart TV. A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Other days have an assortment of breakfast foods and hot coffee. All days 8-10am

Winter is happening in Vermont and we would love to host your trip. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. We have friendly goats who love visitors. We can also offer "special packages" such as wine upon arrival, just ask!

The Boutique Hotel at The Bond dates back to the year 1812 and holds 10 beautiful rooms which have private bathrooms as well as upgraded amenities provided in each room. We offer private space for events amid beautiful and spacious grounds with fireplaces and waterfalls. Each of our rooms are unique, which is part of what makes The Bond so special.

The Cozy Cathedral is a fabulously comfortable room for a getaway staycation, a return to Middlebury for College alum or a great welcome for folks experiencing town for the first time. The cathedral ceilings showcase the exposed beams original to the 1840's building. This space is 1 room with shared bathroom. Ultra clean property. Full service Cafe on 1st floor offering room service or sit down. Room features a new King bed, 65" Smart Roku TV, retro inspired mini frig and micro, state of the art sit/stand desk w/high speed WiFi and Ethernet connection, and Keurig coffee maker. Large windows for natural light with top/bottom black out blinds. Individual digital room temp control and remote control lighting.

Horned Dorset Art Colony B&B Room 2, Leonardsville

These elegant accommodations are a half-hour from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Festival, Hamilton, Clinton and Utica. Artist Residency part of the year. Room 2 is a queen-bedded room on the first floor of the Wheeler House and has a private bath with walking shower with antique furnishings, marble bath, the peace and quiet of a past century. We are pet friendly. The Horned Dorset Inn "At Home" meals are available on request (menu on our website).

The Garden Room - Chrysler House Heritage Inn

Chrysler House is a unique 6800 sq ft Georgian-Victorian style mansion built in 1826. It is located in the historical heart of Gananoque and the beautiful 1000 Islands; just minutes away from the waterfront, marina, boat line, beach, downtown shopping and restaurants. The Garden Room is light and spacious and features a luxurious king size bed, ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk-in shower, and private entrance onto the backyard deck.
