There will be no other guests, as we rent out only this house in property. You can have sauna with cold water tub, can enjoy walks in nature and many more activities. A place created for families and friends. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room. EPA Holiday House is located only 30 km from Riga. Very close is the promenade that is leading to the sea and shops can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. A hot tub is available for an additional fee.
