We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown, and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. AIncludes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Free range chickens roam the property, so we ask guests to keep their pets at home.

This basement apartment is part of a home built in 1900. Recently remodeled, it has a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen area, and bathroom. One queen size bed, but an air mattress is available for younger guests, or we can provide a pack-and-play. Limited street parking available, or this house is a short walk to Hyde Park, Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills & Camelsback Park, St. Luke’s, and the VA. We are near the base of Bogus Basin, where great snow is just a quick drive up the hill.

The cozy gas fireplace makes a great spot to read a good book, put together a puzzle, watch a movie, or play a board game.

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.
