Herzlich Willkommen! Genießen Sie die Ruhe am Land, sportliche Aktivitäten (zb. Laufen, Radfahren, Reiten, Tennis, …), die Nähe zu Wien und zum Flughafen Wien. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Es ist ein sehr nettes und sauberes Zimmer mit eigenen WC und Dusche. Seperaten Eingang. ( kleiner Bungalow) Alles wird alleine genützt. Im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl. Im Garten ist eine kleine Gartenküche mit Geschirr und Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Der Garten kann genützt werden. Waschküche vorhanden. In nur 2 Minuten erreichen Sie den Bahnhof. In 12 Minuten ist man in Wien Hauptbahnhof Zentrum. Es gibt auch einen Autobus nach Schwechat. Haltestelle vor der Tür
